  1. Cancellation Policy
  • Free cancellation is available up to 30 days before arrival with a 5% cancellation  fee.  After the 30th day, the booking is non refundable.
  1. Check-In and Check-Out Times
  • Check-in: 15:00
  • Check-out: 12:00
  1. Accommodation Policy for Moroccan Nationals
  • In compliance with Moroccan laws, Moroccan nationals must be married to share a room. A marriage certificate may be requested upon check-in.
  1. Property Usage Rules
  • Parties: Not permitted.
  • Pets: Not allowed.
  1. Included in Your Stay
  • Daily breakfast is included in the rate.
  • Daily cleaning services are provided at no additional cost.
  1. Occupancy
  • Maximum of 6 people allowed (adults and children combined; infants not included).
  • The number of guests staying must match the number specified in the booking.
  1. Local Community Respect
  • The Riad is located in a residential area of the local medina. We kindly ask our guests to respect the rest and cultural habits of the local community.
  1. Liability and Property Damage
  • Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the property during their stay.
  • The Riad is not liable for any personal injuries or lost/stolen items.
  1. Compliance with Local Laws
  • Guests are required to adhere to all local laws and regulations during their stay.
  1. Amenities and Additional Services
  • Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the Riad.
  • Essentials provided: shampoo, soap, towels, and bathrobes.
  • Fully equipped kitchen for guest use. Please inform the staff for access and information.
  • Hairdryers and iron available upon request.
